The key to beginning to understand the above statement from ancient Greece is found in the need to start with self-knowledge. What is self-knowledge? Self-knowledge is not what we think it is. For example, a thought about a thought is not self-knowledge. Self-knowledge is knowledge of ourselves that is only acquired through the development of conscious attention within us in the here and now.
“That which we experience within us is real, only the conscience can experience reality.”
From this real experience of ourselves in a state of conscious attention we acquire self-knowledge. When we acquire self-knowledge we are empowered to realise within ourselves our hidden potential. The hidden potential to acquire the great knowledge of the mysteries of the universe.
Our online course will give you the key information and practices to develop our conscious attention.
